This is a superb wreck that is not dived very often, when we arrived there were 3 sharks around the Bridge area. It is a deep dive and a little difficult to find.
The bridge area is fairly damaged, but a fair bit of the structure remains.
The ship was built by Mitsubishi in 1917, and was requisitioned by the Japanese Navy in 1941 as an auxiliary transport for troops and  supplies. The reason for her sinking is unclear but seems to be the result of numerous close bomb blasts and fire. Gross Tonnage   3,810 ts
Max depth  60-65m
